How to Find Us

Twenty2 is in a wonderful location, perched high on Chester's ancient City Walls, we overlook the River Dee and the Old Dee Bridge yet enjoy being in the heart of the city

By Car / Taxi :

Regrettably, like most restaurants in Chester, Twenty2 has no parking facilities of its own

However, there are parking spaces in the Edgar House Car Park, which aren't always in use.  It isn't possible to reserve these spaces in advance, however on the day of your Twenty2 table reservation, please feel free to contact us to see if there might be a space available

Access to the Edgar House Car Park is gained from Duke Street (off Lower Bridge Street) initially turning right onto a tarmaced driveway and followed by a gravel car park

Use CH1 1RL for SatNav (Our own postcode [CH1 1SB] does not exist in SatNav)

Other than the possible use of the Edgar House Car Park, there is local street parking (restricted unless you're a resident)
Please double-check before leaving your parked vehicle, that you are not in contravention of any parking restrictions

There is also an NCP multi-storey car park on Pepper Street, and a Pay and Display surface Car Park at Little Roodee
Both of these are approximately five minutes walk away

Here are some approximate distances and timings to reach us :

Wrexham 12 Miles (19km) - 20 mins by road
Liverpool 10 miles (16km) - 35 mins by road
Manchester 29 miles (47km) - 50 mins by road
London 169 miles (282km) - 2 hours by train (3.5 hours by road)

On Foot :

There are two pedestrian entrances to Twenty2, both on the River Dee (South) side

One entrance is atop the City Walls walkway bringing you directly into the garden

The other is at river level on the pedestrianised part of The Groves
Regrettably this entrance is closed at the moment

We're sorry but there's no pedestrian access to the garden from Duke Street
